Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a charge of one night's stay. No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount.
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit as communicated by our team. We accept bank transfer and major credit cards. Full payment details will be provided when your reservation is confirmed.
Children of all ages are welcome. Extra beds and cots may be available on request. Please indicate the number of guests accurately when booking so we can prepare your room accordingly.
Nilambara Lake View is a peaceful retreat. Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Pets are not permitted unless arranged in advance.
Sri Lankan residents must provide a valid national ID. International guests must provide a valid passport. This is required for registration with local authorities.
